User shall mean and refer to every individual or legal entity who registers itself on the Platform to avail the Services.
Visitors shall mean and refer to every individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform to gain information about the Services rendered by the Firm, without registration.

In case of any dispute regarding the privacy policy of Samadhan & Co., an arbitrator shall be appointed by the Firm to ascertain the rights and liabilities of the party. You further accept that all disputes are subject to the applicable laws in India and subject to the jurisdictions of courts of Jaipur and Delhi
